  I came in for a trim and walked out with a completely different hairstyle. My head was down most of the time so when I finally looked up I was devastated to see how much she took off. I was charged $45 which is more than anyone charges to trim a long bob. The lady was thrilled with the cut and yes, she cut a great bob, but it's not what I asked for. Maybe one of the other girls would have done a better job but I won't be going back to find out.
