  COMPLETELY UNRELIABLE AND EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!
  
  Called Company on a Monday, said he would be out the following evening after 6. Called to confirm on Tuesday afternoon and was told it would be the following evening. Called on that Wednesday to confirm he would be there that night. Said he would be. He called me at the the time he was supposed to meet me and told me he couldn't make it and it would be Friday until he could perform service.
