  Hello Fred and Lynne,
  I wanted to say thank you very much for the excellent job you guys did. I really do appreciate how very thorough you guys were as well as how quickly you were able to accomodate me even over a Thanksgiving Weekend. Both setting up the inspection and answering my questions upfront and having me be at the inspeciton to see personally all your findings and giving me your unbiased opinion on the severity of each issue. It's an excellent all around job you two do.

  Hi, I'm Fred Tonte owner of National Property Inspections here in the Tampa area. I'm writing in response to a review from Scott Ehlert(seller) about his home I was hired to inspect. We had permission to enter the home through the buyers realtor and the selling realtor showed up a few minutes after we made entry. The selling realtor told me she let her son (Scott Ehlert) know that we were going to make many trips in and out of the home and she didn't expect me to remove my shoes each time. While I was having a discussion outside with my clients "Mom" asked if it was Ok to turn the A/C off and I said Ok it will save me a trip back in the home. As far as the summary of the issues found only the clients get that information as they are the ones who paid for the inspection, it is up to them to share the information with others if they wish too.
