  I had only went to this Dunkin twice and they were both bad experiences. Long time ago I bought a chicken biscuit, the biscuit was warm but chicken was FROZEN. Today, I ordered a black coffee thru drive thru, the fact that they confirmed with me twice for the order and I still got a cup of coffee with cream sugar. If they were busy, then it’s more understandable, but that was not the case, they just didn’t care.
