  This is the worst customer service I have ever received. I bought a cookie for $4.01 i gave the girl a $20 and she gave me back a handfull of change. I didn't think much of it i got distracted talking about what its like to work there and such since i'm looking around for a summer job. I came to realization about 10 minutes after, that i lost 16 bucks. I called and I know they were still open but they did not pick up the phone. I called maybe 5-9 times. 2 days later I called again and complained, all the girl said was "the manager will call you Friday" and I gave her my number. I waited well after that Friday and he never called. I got tired of it and went back to the store. The manager said "I was going to call, but someone threw away my note" really? one of your workers would throw away an important note with a number on it? Then he proceeded to tell me that they checked and everything was balanced. I asked if he checked his workers pockets and he said "my workers wouldn't do that" Yea your cookies are OK, but its absolutely ridiculous how they dealt with my situation. If no one stole that money, i would've at least got a "sorry" or a free cookie. whats worse is I had no receipt either. Unbelievable. Cant believe i got ripped off by a cookie joint.
