  Poor communication. Missed 2 appointments before showing up the 3rd time. Then lacked follow throw. Said they would schedule a treatment the following week. I called them Friday of that week and they had no clue. When the appointment came up, they did the treatment while I was away. Said they did the entire foundation, but they were only on my property for 13 minutes. I'm sure that was a quality job.
