    We tried to give them the benefit of the doubt in terms of pricing, of course that was a bad idea. We were told on the phone that our car was going to be done in four hours and what the (ridiculously high) cost was. They took the ENTIRE day to work on the air conditioning in the car, so much for four hours then they were charging us $200 more than they had said on the phone with no explanation as to why we were paying that much more. We will NEVER give this place our money again. A week later our check engine light is on and they want more money to see what the issue is when they could've easily hit something or messed something up during the service on the air conditioning and if they had good customer service, they would take a look at it for free to ensure they weren't the cause of the light coming on. But good customer service is apparently too difficult to get here. We will take our business elsewhere. Extremely disappointed in the customer service and pricing of this place. The ONLY good thing about this experience was the very friendly chauffeur who took us home and brought us back without him.
